‘Dressing the Orbit’

This footpath has been closed for a while now. Just hoardings and mounds of earth and not much doing. Today, for a fleeting moment, these giant orange gowns were draped all around the site. A fitting session, perhaps, for the Orbit, that red, vein-like structure in the background.
