‘Broken Homes’

I’ve shot this so many times over the years. During sunsets, coming home from a nightclub at 3am, all sorts of different angles and times of day. I love the font, it’s unabashed bleakness and the beautiful, crumbling brick building.

I noticed today that the weeds on this side of the canal had exploded, giving it a different framing and an almost prehistoric feel. The construction sites on both sides (of giant, luxury apartments) also felt timely.
